Amen!!! I spent 2 horrible years on Gleevec! work at first, nasty side effects, then climbing counts. Up the dose, nastier side effects, good for a while then climbing counts. One more time then total failure. Switched to Dasatinib (Sprycel) and voila!!! Nasty side effects disappear one by one and then within 10 months, PCRU [...]
